Beyond M&A supports YFM Equity Partners’ investment in global ERP software specialist Cooper Software Ltd, providing technology due diligence services.

Cooper Software is a specialist ERP consultancy that has developed a bespoke SaaS product ProScope to extend the native capability of the NetSuite platform.  ProScope enables better support for the Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, Construction, Renewables and Shipping industries. The business also provides ERP consultancy and implementation services for another leading ERP solution, IFS.

Beyond M&A was instructed to provide technology due diligence services as part of an investment round in November 2021. We evaluated the proprietary technology and team, focusing on the software development capabilities and the ProScope platform.
