LENS for Scale-Up – Eligibility
Affiliated with a Beyond M&A Named Partner
Firms actively raising capital and affiliated with one of our named Beyond M&A partners are eligible for $1,000 in LENS credit. This will enable a Free Virtual Data Room, excluding the due diligence toolset.
To qualify for this program, your firm must:
- Not subscribed to any paid LENS plans.
- Be actively raising capital.
- Be affiliated with a Beyond M&A named partner.
- Have raised less than $10M in total funding.
- Be operational for less than seven years.
- Operate independently (not a subsidiary).
- Employ fewer than 30 people.
- Sign-Up Using a business domain email (no Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
Firms associated with our Beyond M&A named partners qualify for six months of Free Virtual Data Room usage from the day of activation. All vouchers must be activated within six months. A firm is eligible for only one credit.
The program is active from September 1st 2023 to December 31st, 2023.
How to Apply for the LENS for ScaleUps Program
If your firm is affiliated with a Beyond M&A named partner, you can request an invite using the link below. Please enter your company name and the partner you’re working with:
Once approved, you’ll receive a notification email containing a payment link. You will receive a voucher entitling you to six months of free access. If the target firm continues to use the platform beyond the six months, they will be charged The VDR Basic Fee. Export to a USB drive is available for a fee of £200 (limited to 250GB).
