Hutton Henry built Beyond M&A from two decades of merger synchronisation work, starting before most acquirers had a formal M&A process. He ran more than 30 acquisitions for Iris Software Group, more than 50 diligences and integrations embedded inside Equiniti, and holds 9 years of Kolbe psychometrics qualification specialising in mergers. He is the author of People First. He does not wear the gilet. He does take the call.
