Most portco AI is a demo that never reaches production. We build the opposite: bespoke AI applications scoped to a specific value-creation hypothesis, engineered to PE governance standards, and documented to survive the next Tech DD. Every decision the model makes is logged, explainable and defensible to regulators, auditors and acquirers.
Vibe-coded and AI-generated software
The prototype was the easy half.
Generative tooling gets a portco to a working screen in days. What it does not produce is an owner, a test suite, a security posture, a run cost or documentation the next acquirer will accept. We take what has been generated and make it something the business can stand behind, or we tell you plainly that it should be rebuilt and what that costs.
