Hutton Henry founded Beyond M&A to do the part of a deal most firms leave to someone else: synchronising the merger before it is signed, then running it.
He ran more than 30 acquisitions for Iris Software Group and more than 50 diligences and integrations embedded inside Equiniti. He has been a qualified Kolbe consultant for nine years and is the author of People First.
He does not wear the gilet. He does take the call.
