Associate Partner, CIO
Rod Alderton
Rod brings the CIO view: the systems, contracts and people that keep a business running every day.
Rod focuses on the internal technology estate: infrastructure, business systems, suppliers and the IT team.
He costs what it takes to bring two estates together and sequences it so the business keeps running while it happens.
