Beyond M&A supports Praetura Venture’s Investment in Blockchain Start-Up Coadjute
<a href="https://www.coadjute.com/">Coadjute</a> is a technology start-up headquartered in London. Often described as the infrastructure for the property market, Coadjute’s blockchain network securely connects all parties in a property transaction to enable real-time information sharing and true interoperability.
There have been many high-profile attempts to digitise the property industry in the past, however they have failed to gain traction due to the need to onboard to a central platform and single database.
However, Coadjute’s use of Blockchain which leverages Distributed Ledger Technology, a bank-grade form of Blockchain, has addressed this barrier, enabling other platforms to ‘join’ and communicate securely without having to migrate to a central database.
Beyond M&A was instructed to assess Coadjute’s technology solution as part of a £6m investment round led by <a href="https://www.praeturaventures.com/">Praetura Ventures</a>, a Manchester-based VC firm. We evaluated the technology, team and processes, with particular focus on ensuring we addressed in detail, questions which arise due to blockchain hesitancy.
